Stay in Mesquite Nevada when you are visiting Coyote Springs

Coyote Springs Nevada

Nevada's newest city is underway, although barely.

If you are looking to retire in the next few years, put Coyote Springs on your list of possible retirement communities.   This community is just getting started and the developers have very big plans.  Right now about the only thing under way is construction of a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.

There is Lots More to Come!

Plans call for 16 golf courses, with at least three by Nicklaus, as well as one joint collaboration by Nicklaus and Pete Dye. That should be a good one!

The PGA of America is also developing the PGA Village at Coyote Springs, just the second one in the country.  Llike the PGA Village already in Florida, this one will have a PGA Learning Center and a PGA Historical Center.

Besides the golf, there will be plenty of new home communities and custom lots, with sales likely starting in the summer of 2007.  Pardee Homes is among the first developers chosen to build here.

Master Planned Communities Take Time to Development

Be patient if you are really interested in this area as it will take some time to develop all the infrastructure, services, and amenities needed in a new community. On the other hand, prices area always cheapest at the start and Mesquite or Las Vegas are just a short drive.

We will be keeping tabs on Coyote Springs and publishing more information as it becomes available.
